Over the past three weeks, our Al Siraat Community has been busy in preparing Eid gift boxes for orphans and displaced children in Syria.
Students from Years 5 to 12 have been giving up their lunch hours and after school free time making Eid cards, packing, labelling and sorting gift boxes for boys and girls for Syria. It is beautiful to see the caring and the affectionate feelings our students have for these children. May Allah protect and spread peace among us all. Ameen.
This week is the final week for the submission of Eid Gift boxes for Syrian children. The last date to hand your gift box in is this coming FRIDAY, 23 MARCH.
All boxes need to be dropped at "MyHub", the former Student Service building right in front of the Admin Office, between 8am – 4:30pm.
Donations for the shipping cost from Australia to Syria remain open until Thursday, 29 March. Funds can be deposited online or in cash at the Admin Office.
