The Parents and Friends Forum (PFF) is organising a Bake Sale to raise funds for the Rohingya community. The Bake Sale will be held outside the TEAMS building at the Art Exhibition on Friday 17 November, opening from 2pm.
Individual items will be available for students to purchase and prices start from $1.00. For families who are keen bakers, donations will be gladly accepted.
Due to Health Regulations when baking goods please be mindful of the following:
- No nuts (peanuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts etc)
- No cream, cream cheese
- No fresh fruits
- No jelly
Please note that baked goods will not be refrigerated, so all items must be able to be kept at room temperature.
To support students with food allergies/ tolerances, it would be wonderful if some of the contributions are egg free, wheat free, gluten free or dairy free. If you can make baked goods supporting these tolerances, please label them.
On the morning of Friday, 17 November, please bring all baked goods to the TEAMS building room T1. Please send baked goods on a disposable platter or container.
In accordance to the council, we must be able to identify the ingredients used and be able to contact the person who baked the ‘goods’ should there be a problem. We therefore ask that you complete the ingredient form and attach it to your baked goods. No names will be displayed on the goodies. The school has many children with allergies and it is vital that ingredients be clearly and accurately recorded.
Your contribution to our Bake Sale is greatly appreciated.
