It is hard to find the right words to express our heartfelt gratitude to our wonderful school community for the many beautiful messages of support for 6-year-old Lilli and other children fighting childhood cancer.
The response to our "Go Gold for childhood cancer awareness" campaign has attracted such amazing support from our students, teachers and parents that it did not leave our eyes dry, mashaAllah. It was truly heart warming to see your photos of support coming in. Thank you to each one of you who has emailed us and donated towards this cause. We have passed your messages on to the organisers of this year's fundraiser based at the Children's Medical Research Institute (CMRI) and know that your efforts will not go unnoticed. Thank you for being champions in raising much needed awareness for children doing it tough while fighting this terrible disease.

The fundraising figure will be revealed in the week ahead. In the words of our Foundation teacher Ms Londa: “We spoke to the kids about cancer and asked them to put effort into the pictures so that when Lilli and all the children who are fighting cancer see it, they will smile and feel hope. Miracles happen when we pray and believe.”
