Our 12 graduates celebrated their valedictory dinner with a glamorous evening function at Bellagio Reception in Epping on last Friday, 22 November 2019. The dinner was well attended by proud family and friends as well as many excited College teachers and staff.
The 28 young men and ladies were all stunningly decked out in their graduation gowns and the evening was greatly enjoyed by all. Al Siraat College likes to wish all graduates the very best for a bright future ahead and kindly ask you to join in Sheikh Wasim's du'a:
"Alhamduillah, we are thankful to Allah (SWT) for your successful completion of schooling. It is the result of your hard work, sincerity and patience that you have graduated tonight. Your next journey to higher studies and work life begins and we wish you all the very best.
Just remember – before you seek success, seek Allah (SWT) and success will seek you, In Sha Allah.
O Allah, bless this gathering, bless the graduates, bless the teachers and parents, bless Al Siraat College and grant all the successes of this world and the hereafter to everyone present in this hall.
O Allah, accept all the graduates for the service of the deen and for the good of our community.
O Allah, allow our parents to witness and bless the happiest moments of our lives in full and for you to be able to share with them the inner happiness of our heart.
O Allah, help us use our knowledge to spread goodness for our people and all of humanity.
O Allah, give us eyes that see the best in people, a heart that forgives the worst, a mind that forgets the bad and a soul that never loses faith.
O Allah, bless our parents for what they did for us, and accept their sacrifices and make us forever obedient to them.
O Allah, accept the work of teachers at Al Siraat and reward them for their efforts.
O Allah, bless our College, its founders, leadership team and employees for all they do in the name of education and religion.
O Allah, grant us all true success in this world and the Hereafter and may we all find in ourselves ever-increasing gratitude to our Creator."
