AMC Certificates of Distinction Awards

We are honoured to report that six of our students have been awarded with Certificates of Distinction for their participation in the annual Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC) 2021, mashaAllah. A distinction is awarded to students ranking in the top 20%.

The AMC is an Australia-wide annual competition, requiring students from Years 3 to 12 to solve 30 Maths problems that demonstrate the importance and relevance of Mathematics in students’ everyday lives. Australia’s leading educators and academics, with a deep understanding of our national curriculum standards, actively design the unique AMC problems each year.

Certificates of Distinction of have awarded to the following ASC students:

  • Amani Wadood (Year 5)
  • Raabia Mohamed Ruwaiz (Year 6)
  • Hadia Rashid (Year 7)
  • Abeera Zafar (Year 7)
  • Amnah Saad (Year 9)
  • Nadia Haniff (Year 10).
