Delegates from Next Edu and Al Azhar Cairo Visit

The delegation included school leaders, supervisors, and teachers from kindergarten, primary, and secondary levels, accompanied by a student interpreter from Melbourne University. Mr. Abdul Kodir, Manager of Next Edu, shared his excitement about returning to Al Siraat College after a memorable visit last year.

The purpose of the visit was to gain insights into Al Siraat’s educational model, including its Islamic integration, Hifz program, and modern teaching practices, as well as the College’s approach to student engagement, leadership, and wellbeing.

The visit was facilitated by Ms. Shahidah, Head of Learning Enrichment & LEAP, who coordinated the program and guided the group. Delegates enjoyed guided tours of the Markaz, M Building, Primary, and TEAMS facilities, meeting Sheikh Waseem, Hifz students, and engaging with staff and students for a truly immersive experience.

The visit concluded with a networking morning tea in the Markaz building, where delegates connected with Al Siraat’s Executive Team, staff, and student leaders.

These visits are invaluable for cross-cultural exchange, shared learning, and strengthening educational ties between Indonesia and Australia.
