🍴 School Canteen

Our canteen provides:

• Daily Hot Meal – freshly cooked on-site by our talented canteen staff.
• Other Daily Options:
  • 🥪 Variety of sandwiches
  • 🥐 Croissants
  • 🌭 Sausage rolls
  • 🥟 Lebanese pastries (only available directly from the canteen on the day – not for online pre-order)
• 🥤 Drinks – can be ordered online.
• 🍲 Hot food – recommended to order online.

💻 Ordering Options

• Online: via our school website (instructions below).
• In person: before school or at recess.

💵 Payment Information

• ✔ Please send smaller denominations and correct change where possible.
• ❌ No $50 or $100 notes from Primary students.
• 📵 Mobile phones cannot be used for canteen purchases – ensure students have cash or a card.

📏 Canteen Rules

• 🚫 No purchases during class time unless the student has a signed note from their teacher or the Health Centre.
• 🧍 Please queue in an orderly line – only students purchasing should be in line.
• 🙏 Friends waiting unnecessarily create congestion during busy times.

🖥 How to Order Online

Orders must be completed by 8:50am

1. Go to our school website.
2. Click Parents (top right) → Canteen.
3. Log in with your email registered with the school and your password.
   • Forgotten password? Click Set or Reset it here.
4. From the Canteen Orders page:
   • Select the week (use arrows beside “Fr” to move weeks).
   • Click your child’s name (turns darker pink when selected).
   • Click Add an Item → choose → +Add.
   • To remove: click -Remove.
   • Finalise by clicking Update (no confirmation email sent).
   • Sign out when finished.

💳 Checking / Adding Funds

• View current balance under My Balance (bottom of screen).
• To top up:
  1. Click +Top-Up → “Parent Portal”.
  2. Select Canteen Account Top-Up.
  3. Choose or enter amount → Next.
  4. Enter card details → Pay Now.
  5. Return to Lunch Orders to continue ordering.

🍽 Order Collection

• Primary Students – lunch delivered to classrooms.
• Secondary Students – collect directly from the canteen at lunchtime.
