Thank you to everyone who helped make our Footy Colours Day on Wednesday, 13th September so much fun, mashaAllah. Students and staff proudly displayed their favourite team colours while our PE Department ran active sports activities outdoors.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month: Footy Colours Day is a national and community fundraising campaign held during September each year, continuing to help children since it was first set up in 1995. The event is centred around raising funds to support kids living with cancer. At Al Siraat, your donations will be supporting the Children’s Medical Research Institute (CMRI) to continue their work into the prevention, diagnosis and treatment for childhood cancer.
We pray that Allah multiplies every cent given and answers every supplication you are making for the sick and unwell, inShaAllah.
