We are very excited to announce that throughout October, we will be running ladies only Pilates sessions every Friday afternoon in the Assembly Hall from 1pm – 2pm.
Session are run by the much sought after trainer Rita from "Eat. Sleep. Train". There is a fee of $5 per person per session which is payable at the door.
