As part of the Healthy Lifestyles program we have partnered with Galada Community Centre, we are please to offer ladies only THT Workout sessions.
These are cardio intensive sessions focusing on increasing core strength with exercises using own body weight. Sessions are adaptable for all levels and we encourage beginners to come along and try.
Please remember to bring a bottle of water and towel.
Sessions are run by the high experienced trainer Rita from "Eat. Sleep. Train." who is also a parent from our school community.

These workout sessions are essential mum training before exam weeks begin.
