A Night Under the Stars: Experience the Australian Bush with Confidence

Have you ever wanted to experience camping in the Australian bush but weren’t sure where to start? The City of Whittlesea’s popular Australian Bush Comfort and Confidence (ABCC) program is returning this spring, offering a welcoming introduction to safe and enjoyable bush camping.

A Night Under the Stars: Experience the Australian Bush with Confidence

Designed especially for people who are new to Australia or camping, this overnight experience covers practical skills including setting up a tent, campfire cooking, bush navigation, and snake and spider safety. Participants will also enjoy an evening around the campfire with traditional bush food before spending the night in a beautiful bush campground.

Sessions will be held on 19 to 20 September and 10 to 11 October. Bookings are essential, with costs ranging from $30 to $70.
