TRAC (Thomastown Recreation & Aquatic Centre) offers FREE women’s only swimming on Monday evenings from 7:45pm to 9:15pm. Build your confidence in the water in a safe and supportive environment.
Come along for a casual swimming session supervised by a female swim teacher. Sessions will focus on water confidence & familiarisation, independent buoyancy, movement & propulsion, and water safety awareness.

- 7:45pm – 8:30pm: Learn to swim
- 8:30pm – 9:15pm: Free swim
Sessions are led by a female teacher in a private pool, bookings are essential. Call us on 9463 0700 to book your free session.
