The achievements and efforts of our Junior School students were acknowledged in two special assemblies for the end of the year. Students from Years Foundation to 2 attended their Special Assembly last week’s Thursday, 8th December whereas students from Years 3 to 6 celebrated the end of the year on the last day of Term 4 on Friday, 9th December 2016.
With many parents in the audience, students were presented with their Academic Achievement and Effort Awards from their class teachers as well as subjects like Arabic and Islamic Studies.
Besides, Dr Sonia gave special thanks to our 2016 SRCs. Students, parents and staff were entertained with beautiful nasheed performances and listened to recounts of our Year 6 students who we bid farewell to at the end of the assembly. Both assemblies finished with du'as recited by our Hifz graduates.
