2019 Stall Application – Art Exhibition

The PFF is seeking stallholders for our annual Art Exhibition to be held on Friday, 29 November, showcasing many student artworks.

If you would like a stall at the Art Exhibition, please complete the attached form and return via email to pff@alsiraat.vic.edu.au or drop off at reception.

Art Exhibition

  • Date: Friday, 29 November
  • Time: 11am – 4.30pm (Stalls only operating between 2.15pm – 4.30pm*)
  • Cost:

1) $30 – You must bring your own standard sized trestle table. Two chairs will be provided.

The space for your stall is 3m x 2m which will fit a standard sized trestle table and a 1 metre space to the side for any additional components (Example: hanging rack). If you require additional space, you will need to pay extra.

2) $25 – Provide yours own marquee for an opportunity for a wonderful outdoor position on the grass.

You must bring your own standard sized trestle table. Two chairs will be provided. The space for the marquee will be approx. 3m x 3m.

3) $15 – This option is available if you would like to take the option of just advertising your business by placing business cards/flyers on our delegated advertising table.

Stall Entries

We would love to see a diverse range of stalls. However, we will not accept the following stalls: - Face painting - Henna - Food

Please email pff@alsiraat.vic.edu.au if you feel you have an item in this category, but would still like to sell. Example: sealed honey jars

Application End Date

All applications must be in by Friday, 1 November. After this end date, all applications will go through an approval process. Not all applications will be approved due to duplicate stalls The approval process may take up to a week. You will be notified by email of your approval.

No applications will be accepted after the closing date of Friday, 1 November.

Payment

In the event your stall has been approved, you will need to make payment to the office asap to secure your spot. Payment can be made directly to the office, or over the phone to the administration office. NO refund of stall payments will be made for non-attendance.

On the Day:

On the day of the art exhibition you will be provided with your stall position. All stalls must be in position no later than 1pm. You will be given between 12pm – 1pm to get your items into the school. This timeslot is given for safety purposes for the students.

All stalls must provide their own trestle table and additional components – We can provide a seat. You will be allocated enough space for a standard trestle table and a 1 meter space to the side and no more.

All stall holders will be responsible for their own stall set up and pack up of their area. Unfortunately we will not have additional resources to help out in this area. Therefore you may need to bring along additional help to carry tables and items.

Each stall is responsible for their own cash flow. You will be required to trade for the entirety of trading hours as leaving early is disruptive to other stallholders and a safety issue.

Students with Stalls:

In the event that a student wishes to have a stall, they must be supervised by a parent at all times. Also, the student must attend the award ceremony between 11am – 1pm.

Silent Auction:

On the day we will be having a silent auction which we did last year with great success. If you would like to donate something for our silent auction that would be fantastic. It is a great way to advertise your business.
