Following the success of our pilot program in 2019, we are thrilled to announce that we have received community funding from the City of Whittlesea to continue our Healthy Lifestyles Program for another term.
This program is designed to encourage greater participation of women in our community in sports & recreation and adopting healthier more sustainable lifestyle choices for themselves and their families.
The program includes weekly Pilates sessions and THT Workout sessions both facilitated by the awesome Eat.Sleep.Train trainer Rita.
The program also includes a series of workshops for women including well known founder of Organic Instincts, Derya Kucukali and is financially assisted by the City of Whittlesea’s Community Development Grant Program.
