Poster Competition: Clean Air, Healthy Future for Wollert

A company called Cleanaway wants to build a waste incinerator in Wollert, close to many young families and schools. Incinerators burn rubbish to make energy, but they may also pollute the air, harm plants and animals, and affect our soil and waterways. That’s why we are saying NO to the Incinerator and YES to clean air and a greener Wollert!

COMPETITION

Make a poster on CANVA that shows your vision for a Clean and Green Wollert — fresh air, green parks, and happy families. Let your artwork send the message:

📍 Important: Posters must be created at home under parent supervision.

PRIZES

• First prize: A $50 voucher! The winning poster will be made into a large board and installed in front of the school.  
• Top three posters: Special gift from Al Siraat College for best top 3 posters.

How to Enter:

• Email your poster to gulhan@alsiraat.vic.edu.au and include your name and year level. One entry per person.  
• Entries close by Friday, 21 November 2025. 
• Winners will be announced on Tuesday, 25 November.
