Food Technology: Precision Measuring

This week, the focus of our Food Technology classes was on precision measuring.

Students learnt to be accurate when measuring out their ingredients. Students thoroughly enjoyed making and eating chocolate truffles. All students displayed the School value of perseverance especially when some classes were moved into Student Services. Thank you to Mr Houghton, Mr Vis and Ms Javeria who all had to put up with the sound of biscuits being crushed with rolling pins!
