Year 7 Students School-Based Vaccination Program 2016

Year 7 students have been sent home with their Consent Card booklet offering free vaccinations for

  • Human Papillomavirus (HPV)

  • Chickenpox and Diphteria

  • Tetanus and

  • Whooping Cough.

These vaccines are only free whilst students are in Year 7. If you decide to defer them, you will need to pay for them.

Please return the booklet by Monday, 15th February 2016 to the Year 7 Homegroup teachers.

Please note that the City of Whittlesea’s immunisation team may contact you about the program. Schools have been authorised to provide parent contact details to local council’s for this purpose. Contact the College’s Administration on 9408 1999 by 28th February 2016 if you do not want your contact details given to the City of Whittlesea.
