Alhamdulillah, this is a proud moment for Al Siraat: We are delighted to share the wonderful news that two of our Tournament of Minds (TOMs) teams received the Honours Award in the Metro Northern Region, Victoria competition.

This outstanding achievement is a testament to our students’ creativity, perseverance, quick thinking and teamwork. Their success has inspired the wider College community and encouraged our students to strive for even greater achievements, inShaAllah.

On Tournament Day, students also participated in the Spontaneous Challenge, where they demonstrated quick thinking, creativity and teamwork under pressure.

We extend our appreciation to Ms Amy and Ms Nani for their dedication and commitment in facilitating TOMs teams throughout the six-week challenge period and Ms Shamirah for representing our college as one of the TOMs judges for other schools. The facilitators played an important role in guiding and encouraging students as they developed innovative solutions and worked collaboratively.

We would also like to thank our TOMs parents for their unwavering support, encouragement and involvement, particularly in helping students prepare for and attend Tournament Day. Your presence, commitment and enthusiasm contributed significantly to our students’ engagement and enjoyment of the program.

This has been a remarkable journey for Al Siraat College, culminating in an outstanding achievement and a successful TOMs program. Congratulations to all our students, families and staff who contributed to this wonderful result.
