This week, our Year 7 Transition Program warmly welcomed both our current Year 6 students and newly enrolled students who will be joining us in 2026. Held over two engaging days on Monday and Tuesday, the program provided an exciting introduction to Secondary School life at Al Siraat.
Students were greeted with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm by our dedicated staff. Whether transitioning from our Primary School or joining us for the first time, every student experienced a supportive environment designed to ease nerves, spark curiosity and build confidence for the year ahead. The feedback we received from students has been incredibly positive, alhamdulillah.
Throughout the program, students took part in engaging classes, team building activities and valuable connection time with their teachers. These experiences were made possible through the collective effort of staff across departments who contributed their time, energy and expertise to ensure a smooth, welcoming and memorable transition.
This year also marked the introduction of our Secondary School Transition first parent session, with approximately 40 parents attending. Their involvement added tremendous value and helped strengthen our partnership with families as they prepare their children for the move into secondary school.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone whose hard work and dedication contributed to the success of the Year 7 Orientation Program. Your commitment and teamwork have helped set our incoming 2026 cohort up for a confident and successful start to their secondary school journey.
