Our Year 8 to 10 LEAP students explored the exciting world of robotics and emerging technologies through an incursion by Humanoid Industries. The experience brought classroom learning to life, demonstrating how science, engineering, technology and artificial intelligence work together to develop innovative robotic systems.
Students were encouraged to think critically about how robots move, balance, sense their surroundings and interact with the world, gaining a deeper appreciation of STEM education, problem-solving and real-world applications of science.
The experience also highlighted how innovation relies on collaboration between professionals across different fields: Developing advanced technologies requires the combined expertise of engineers, computer programmers, robotics specialists and artificial intelligence experts, showing how diverse skills come together to achieve shared goals.
Through this experience, students gained a greater understanding of the career pathways available in engineering, computer science, automation and other technology-related fields, and how their own interests and strengths could open doors to future opportunities.
At Al Siraat, we value learning experiences that spark curiosity, broaden career awareness and prepare students to engage with the technologies shaping our future.
