Our Year 4 girls represented Al Siraat in basketball and FUTSAL tournaments, organised by the Islamic Schools Association of Victoria (ISSAV) on Wednesday, 7 December 2022.
The essence of these tournaments were to prepare the girls for next year’s competition. However, our girls approached both competitions with lots of zeal. We played against four other Islamic schools in total, drawing against three of them and loosing the other match in the basketball tournament.
Our girls emerged as winners from the FUTSAL tournament, mashaAllah!
We look forward to improving our skills throughout 2023, and to winning some of ISSAV competitions in the year ahead.
