During Term 1 of 2018, student representatives from the Al Siraat College as well as the wider community were part of the very successful Shoebox4Syria campaign 2018. We would now like to share with you the beautiful smiles and happiness of the Syrian children upon receiving their Eid gift boxes – donated by you.
It took a total of 8 weeks of preparing and packing Eid gift boxes for displaced and orphaned kids in Syria. The Eid gift boxes were transported from Melbourne to Sydney for shipping during the Term 1 school holidays.
Allahamdullah! The Eid gift boxes reached Syria and were distributed to different camps in the country where they were handed over to the children.
