Recently, A1 Media visited Al Siraat for a live broadcasting coverage about our current Eid Al-Fitr "Pakistan: Back to School Campaign", run by our Student Representative Council (SRC). College Captain Hafsa Sarwar and SRC Coordinator Ms Noori were talking about the importance of education and charity.
Students have been busy lately in collecting, sorting and packing gift school bags sets for underprivileged children. We request the community to come forward and donate the following items to support this noble cause for this Eid Ul Fitr.
We are still collecting the following ALL NEW items:
- Bags or drawstring bags
- Hand towels
- Lunch boxes
- Drink bottles
- Tooth paste and brush
- Story books
- Stationery items
- Colouring pencils
- Exercise books.
Deadline is Monday, 8 April 2019.
If it is not possible for you to go out to the shops and purchase any of the items above, you could also make a financial contribution directly to Ms Noori or via online donation:
