Our Year 6 Captains and selected Year 7 SRC students attended the Student Leadership Conference at the Australian International Academy (AIA), joining students from different schools for a day focused on leadership development, teamwork, and networking.
The conference provided a valuable opportunity for our future student leaders to connect with students from other schools, build relationships, and strengthen their leadership skills in a positive and engaging environment. The event aimed to create networking opportunities between schools while encouraging students to develop confidence, communication, and collaboration skills with barakah, Insha’Allah.
Throughout the day, students participated in a range of activities including leadership speeches, interactive workshops, games, and team-building activities. These sessions encouraged students to work together, think creatively, and reflect on the qualities of effective leadership.
Our students represented Al Siraat with enthusiasm and active participation throughout the conference. The experience allowed them to gain new ideas, learn from other young leaders, and further develop the skills needed to contribute positively to their school and wider community.
We thank AIA for hosting this inspiring leadership conference and for providing such a meaningful experience for our students.
