Why use the Fee Calculator?

  • By entering the number of children you have at school and their year levels (Primary Foundation–Year 6, Secondary Years 7–11, or Year 12), the tool computes your per-term and annual fees.
  • It accounts for all cost components – tuition, composite levy (for books, supplies, excursions, camps, technology, etc.), bus fees (if used), and optional Hifz/Ilm fees.
  • It also applies any discounts you are eligible for (see below).

Breakdown of Fees and What They Cover

  • Tuition Fee – This covers teaching and standard educational programs.
  • Composite Levy – Covers recurrent costs such as textbooks and stationery, technology (e.g. iPads / 1:1 devices for Secondary), art and technology supplies, library resources, camps, excursions, and sports programs.
  • Bus Fees – Applies only if your child uses the school bus service.
  • Optional Hifz/Ilm Fees – Charged per term for students in Hifz and Ilm.

Discounts & Concessions Available

To support families, the College offers several discounts and concessions under certain conditions:

  • Sibling Discount: For families with more than one child enrolled, tuition fees for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th child etc. receive progressively larger discounts.
  • Healthcare Card Discount: For eligible families: $150 off (primary) / $250 off (secondary).
  • Term Payment Discount: 8% off invoices paid termly by the due date.
  • Full-Year Advance Payment Discount: 13% off for fees paid upfront for the whole year.

What This Means for You, and How to Use It

  • Using the online Fee Calculator helps you plan and budget ahead – especially useful if you have multiple children or need to consider transport, optional programs, or want to pay in advance.
  • The breakdown clarifies exactly what you are paying for: education, resources, extra-curriculars, transport –  avoiding surprises later on.
  • The variety of discounts and supports shows the school’s commitment to affordability and fairness for all families.
  • If your family circumstances have changed or you experience hardship, don’t hesitate to reach out to the billing office – options are available.
