Our Secondary School warmly invites all Year 7 to 12 parents and guardians to attend our upcoming Parent Information Evening, designed to support families in understanding how our secondary school operates.
This important session will walk parents and carers through the key aspects of Secondary schooling at Al Siraat College, including procedures, policies, daily operations and expectations.
Whether your child is new to Secondary School or continuing their journey with us, the session will help you feel informed, confident and connected to the life of the College. Two sessions are offered to accommodate different family schedules:

We strongly encourage all parents and guardians of Secondary students to attend. These sessions play an important role in strengthening communication between home and the College, and ensuring our shared expectations are clear and aligned.
All lunch orders must now be placed online through our canteen portal to ensure your preferred items are available. The College Canteen is no longer accepting manual lunch orders at the window in the mornings.

Students may still purchase snacks directly from the canteen at recess and lunchtime, though availability will be limited to what is left on the day.
We would like to advise families that adjusted school day timings will be in place during the month of Ramadan. From Monday to Thursday, school will conclude at 2:15pm for both Primary and Secondary students. Friday dismissal times will remain unchanged.
The updated Ramadan bell times are attached for your reference. These arrangements will be implemented from Monday 23 February 2026 and will remain in place until the interim break commencing on 16 March 2026.
To minimise disruptions to learning, we kindly request that students are not collected earlier than the designated finish time, except in genuine extenuating circumstances, such as a medical appointment. In such cases, the early pick-up procedure must be followed.
BUS STUDENTS
The students will depart the College at 2:30pm Monday – Thursday so will arrive at their stops earlier than usual. Friday timings will remain the same.
HIFZ STUDENTS
- Mondays – Thursdays: 8:20am -2:15pm
- Fridays: 8.20am – 2:00pm
- Saturdays 8:20am – 10:30am.
ILM STUDENTS
- Mondays-Fridays 7:30am – 8:30am
- Fridays- 2:00pm – 4:00pm
- Saturdays 7:30am – 12:00pm.
EXTEND STUDENTS (AFTER SCHOOL CARE)
After-school care will be available by our external, Extend, for Primary school students from 2:15pm onwards during this period for families who are registered with Extend.
You are warmly invited to our upcoming Parenting Workshop titled Nurturing the Whole Child, taking place in the ASC Auditorium in the evening of Monday, 9 February 2026.
We are honoured to welcome special guest speaker, Dr Idris La Terra, also known as The Sunnah Doctor, who will share insights on Sunnah Nutrition & Physical Tarbiyyah, exploring how food influences children’s behaviour, mood, and overall wellbeing, along with practical Sunnah-informed habits families can implement at home.
Other speakers include:
• Mr Adam Sam’on (Digital Learning Leader): Digital Boundaries at Home: managing screen time and parental controls with wisdom
• Mr Mahdi Marican (Coordinator of Murabbi Project): Family Connection: reflections on building trust and meaningful routines at home
This workshop aims to provide simple, practical ideas to support parents in nurturing their children holistically through everyday home routines.

We are pleased to share that Soccajoeys, one of Australia’s leading childhood development sports programs, continues to offer after-school soccer sessions for our Primary students aged 5 to 11 years right here on campus throughout 2026.
Soccajoeys focuses on developing confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a love of movement through fun, age-appropriate soccer activities in a supportive and engaging environment.
