Become a Nature Steward this spring and feed your curiosity and passion for the natural world. This hands-on community program is a wonderful opportunity to learn, connect, and take meaningful action for the environment.
Join the Whittlesea Nature Stewards Spring Program, running at the Ganbu Gulinj Community Centre in Wollert very Saturday from 12 September to 28 November, with regular local excursions exploring nearby natural environments.
This hands-on program offers engaging learning experiences, including:
- local animals, plants, geology, soils and river systems
- practical skills to support nature at home and in the community
- connecting with like-minded locals
- pathways into volunteering and community leadership.

- Open to: 18+ years (no prior experience needed)
- Fee: $175 residents / $87.50 concession
