The last day of Term 2 ended on a high as selected Secondary students and staff gathered in the auditorium to watch the live FIFA World Cup match between Australia and Paraguay.
The atmosphere was filled with excitement as everyone cheered on the Socceroos, whose determined draw secured the point they needed to progress to the knockout stage of the tournament.
A special thank you to Ms Noori for organising this wonderful opportunity for students and staff to come together and enjoy a memorable sporting occasion to finish the term.
Congratulations to the Socceroos, and thank you for the excitement and inspiration they brought to fans across Australia. We wish them every success ahead in the knockout rounds!
We are pleased to share that Term 3 enrolments are open at the Al Siraat Community Languages School for their Saturday Urdu classes, held at Al Siraat College
These classes are open to students of all ages and levels, providing a wonderful opportunity to explore the richness of the Urdu language and culture.
- Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, Saturdays (during school term)
- Location: Art Room, Building A, Al Siraat College
- Fees: $50 per term
Whether your child is a beginner or wants to strengthen their skills, our engaging and interactive lessons are designed to make learning fun and meaningful.
As we prepare for an exciting Term 3, families are encouraged to book their child’s sessions with Extend, our external After School Care provider early to secure their preferred days and take advantage of Extend’s Early Bird Rate.
Extend provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can learn, play, create, and connect with friends before and after school. From arts and crafts and creative projects to games, outdoor activities, and hands-on learning experiences, there is something for every child to enjoy.
With experienced educators and a focus on children’s wellbeing, Extend offers families peace of mind, knowing their children are cared for in a nurturing and enriching setting.
We encourage families who require care in Term 3 to plan ahead and make their bookings early.
