Thank you for your continued patience as we went into our second day of learning. Overall, a good day with positive feedback of the learning experiences in Primary and Secondary. We had significantly less calls and queries being directed towards us today. We are now confident that most students are able to access their classes and content.
The main issues that you have told us about are:
Too many Zoom links, especially in Foundation to Year 2 with short lesson times, meaning frequent changing of Zoom sessions.
Too many emails with links / access codes.
We are working towards simplifying this process. We will get back to you with a better solution soon, in shaa Allah. Thank you for your feedback.
It has been an intense week for staff at the College who have worked very hard to set up an engaging and effective online learning program. We have really valued your participation in this journey, and really appreciate the positive feedback that you have given.
