4 Aug: Islamic Parenting Seminar by Shaykh Mufti Tauqeer Chaudhary

A child’s spiritual, emotional, mental and academic wellbeing begins at home, and a healthy home begins with the relationship between the parents. Children learn from how their parents communicate, manage stress, resolve disagreements and show kindness to one another.

This practical seminar will explore:

• Building sakeenah, mercy and affection within marriage
• Managing disagreements in a healthy and respectful way
• Understanding what children learn from their parents’ marriage
• Developing a united approach to parenting
• Creating a faith-centred home in which the entire family can flourish

The seminar is open to all community members. Parents and married couples are especially encouraged to attend, and couples are encouraged to attend together.
