Islamic Storytime: End of Year 2025 Celebration

18 November 2025

We were delighted to host our Islamic Storytime End-of-Year Celebration today, marking a joyful end to another wonderful year of learning, exploration and community for our mini Muslims aged 0 to 4 years old.

Islamic Storytime: End of Year 2025 Celebration

Islamic Storytime has continued to grow as a welcoming space for little learners to connect and play each week with stories, nasheeds, nursery rhymes, and craft activities that celebrate Islamic values.

To make this final session extra special, our children enjoyed an exciting visit to the Mini Farm here on site.

Every child received a Certificate of Participation and a special gift bag to celebrate their involvement throughout the year followed by a delicious morning tea.

We also extend our appreciation to Learning Ladder Early Learning Centre, who joined our celebration and gave a presentation about their new local centre (with the dinosaur statue on the corner). We thank them for the additional gift bags they presented to the children.

Islamic Storytime continues to be a flagship program at Al Siraat College bringing together local young families and offering opportunities for a soft start to Big School where Islamic identity is celebrated.

A special thank you and JazakAllah Khayr to our wonderful parent volunteers who’ve facilitated the Islamic Storytime program throughout the year, offering sessions in both English and Urdu; Ms Hina Fahad, Ms Nabiha Atique, Ms Siti Nurfadhilah and Ms Shahnaz Khan

We thank all parents and caregivers who attended throughout the year, and we look forward to welcoming you and your little ones back in the year ahead, inShaAllah.
