Education Secondary School
Your child’s health and wellbeing are of paramount importance to us at Al Siraat College. We recognise that times of uncertainty can leave students feeling overwhelmed or anxious, which is completely normal. Each child experiences and responds to challenges in their own unique way.
It is important for students to maintain a regular daily routine and practise patience, kindness, compassion, integrity, love and humour as we navigate life’s unexpected moments. Equally, the importance of self-care should never be underestimated.
Encouraging students to maintain a good sleep routine, eat a nutritious diet, stay hydrated, engage in regular exercise, connect with others, and participate in relaxing and meaningful activities will help protect their mental wellbeing and promote overall health and productivity. Above all, nurturing a positive mindset will make a lasting difference, and like most challenges, this too shall pass.
