Our Year 6's participation in the Tennis Hot Shots competition as part of School Sports Victoria (SSV) has already reached its halfway point.
The exciting introduction of the ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Competition is not just about selecting the best students, but encouraging participation, providing a positive experience playing tennis, growing friendships and giving students the opportunity to represent their school in a team environment.
Our Year 6 girls and boys have been doing their best to represent ASC and compete against local schools in our district. We have hosted games at home as well as played matches away. Our students had to travel to our neighbouring schools to play on their turf.
It has been a great experience for our students to build confidence and learn about good sportsperson ship and how to respond to results / scores for each game. Keep it up! GO Team ASC !!!
