Al Siraat has started a trend in getting students, parents and even teachers on board with a "Good Morning Fitness Program". The program will continue until the end of this term and runs every Tuesday from 8am until 8:15am at the Sports Oval on side.
The options the participant can choose from are:
- casual walk and talk
- Brisk walking
- Jogging
- Running
- Time trail and as the biggest challenge:
- How many laps can you run in 15 minutes?.
Thank you to everyone who has sacrificed 15 minutes of their morning to be active which is a great way to start your Tuesday morning. Please keep it up!
