Focus of the Week: Customer Care – Concerns and Compliments

At times parents may have compliments to express, or concerns to discuss with the College. We have a Customer Care Procedure, which is outlined in the attached publication. It is important to follow this procedure if you ever have a concern regarding your child.

Making contact with your child’s teacher is always the first option if you have a concern relating to your child. They know your child better than anyone else in the school, and are familiar with what is going on inside and outside of the classroom.

Sometimes you may need further assistance after communicating with the teacher, and in these instances you can email our Customer Care team at cc@alsiraat.vic.edu.au who will be able to address your concerns.

There may also be times where you wish to express your gratitude or compliment a service you received, or for something someone in the College has done. In these instances, you can email cc@alsiraat.vic.edu.au

We kindly request respectful communication at all times with our staff, regardless of the circumstances. We do our best to provide excellent Customer Service, and appreciate your support in allowing this.
