Whilst it is ideal to organise appointments for your children outside of school hours, we understand that this may not always be possible.
Please note that if you wish to pick up your child/children early from school, you must let the office know early in the morning or the day before. Please email on info@alsiraat.vic.edu.au for all early pickups.
We will not be able to announce for students at all during the day as it is extremely disruptive to student learning. Early pickups can only be arranged outside learning times as follows:
PRIMARY STUDENTS
- 10.45am – 11.05am
- 1.10pm – 1.50pm (no early pick up at this time on Fridays)
SECONDARY STUDENTS
- 10.00am – 10.20am (10.20am -10.40am on Fridays)
- 12.20pm – 1.00pm (no early pick up at this time on Fridays)
You will be unable to pick up your children outside the above times (unless there is an emergency). If these times are not suitable, it is best to keep your child at home for the day to minimise the disruption of all student learning.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that we have as little disruptions to the learning environment as possible.
