Al Siraat College thrives on parent involvement where possible and is always in need of extra pairs of hands.
The Parents and Friends Forum (PFF) warmly invites any parent/guardian who is interested in joining our parent volunteer group to please email your interest to pff@alsiraat.vic.edu.au.
By showing an interest in the group, you will be emailed on a weekly basis with the coming weeks' requirements. Hence, parents are able to choose which areas they are available to assist with for that particular week. Here is a list of possible areas that need volunteers each week:
Reading in class (Foundation to Year 2) – Working with Children Check Required
Assisting in Art classes (Foundation to Year 2) – Working with Children Check Required
Maintaining Resources (contacting books, data entry, printing etc.)
Excursions – Working with Children Check Required
Sausage Sizzle / Pizza Day
Working Bees
Fundraising
