Round two of AFL saw a brave performance by our students against Epping Views Primary School. A great improvement was evident in all aspects of the game, especially the development of the overall understanding of the game. Our boys should be extremely proud of their effort and conduct last week!
Again, the results did not go in our favour this week, but we are positive with the growth thus far and hope to continue that throughout the season. This week sees our students take on Marymede who sit on top of the table – let’s hope our boys are ready for this huge meeting.
A reminder that we will be commencing the AUSKICK program later on in the term and I strongly encourage all students from all year levels to be involved in the program. I am looking forward to the growth of AFL at Al Siraat College and this program is the perfect stepping stone for that.
