Our Year 11 & 12 AFL team participated in the Bachar Houli Cup on Wednesday, 25 July 2018.
The standard at the Punt Road Oval was exceptionally high across all participating schools, and has been improving each year. A big thank you to all teachers for allowing the boys to participate in the event, despite their busy academic schedules.
Bachar Houli himself spoke to the boys about the importance of living a balanced life, with school and studies being the most important thing in their lives currently. It is important that VCE students have a sports as an outlet for them to be physically and socially active and to be good role models for the Islamic community.
